- Grasp jump rope handles on each side. Start with rope behind
body.
Execution
- Jump and swiftly swing rope from behind, over the head, and
around body, then under feet, twice before landing. Repeat.
Comments
- Intensity can be altered by increasing speed or height of
hops.
