Preparation
- Grasp jump rope handles on each side. Initiate side
swing alternating side to side.
Execution
- Hop onto one leg, same side as swing. Hop on other leg, same
side swing. Continue jump and swing pattern hopping side to side.
Comments
- Intensity can be altered by increasing speed of pattern.
