Preparation
- Step onto pedal platforms and grasp hand rails. Select "quick
start" or enter program.
Execution
- Place weight on one pedal and allow other pedal to raise.
Before lower lever hits bottom or upper lever hits top, alternate
with opposite movement. Repeat.
Comments
- Avoid transferring body weight onto handle bars. Intensity
can be altered by increasing speed (steps per minute). Also see
Stepmill.
