Intertarsal

Inversion (Supination)

Turning the foot medially resulting in the sole moving inward.
 

Eversion (Pronation)

Turning the foot laterally resulting in the sole moving outward.

Plantar Flexion

Extension of the foot resulting in the forefoot moving away from the body.

Foot and Ankle Plantar Flexion

Notes

Eversion and inversion of the Intertarsals occur mainly at the transverse tarsal and subtalar joints. Metatarsophalangeal can circumduct. Also see Ankle and Toes. Mentioned articulations occur during concentric phase of exercise video examples.
