Instructions
Preparation
- Sit on bench. Position pole on back of shoulders. Place hands
or wrists over each side of pole with arms extended.
Execution
- Rotate torso through waist to one side then to the opposite
side. Repeat.
Comments
- Start slow, gradually increasing speed throughout set. Perform
prescribed repetitions or time. See Spot
