Click on "put in cart". After you have added your first item to your shopping cart, you will have the opportunity to add more items to your cart by clicking on "CONTINUE SHOPPING". When you're done shopping select shipping, click on "GO TO PAYMENTS" button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen, and complete the ordering information.
Please check your shipping information carefully. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an address error on your end. If the package is returned to ExRx.net, you will be asked to pay the shipping cost again. If it is an error on our part, we will ship the package out at no cost.
Credit Card details are collected using a SSL secured server using 128 bit encryption so your privacy is protected. If you accidentally type your credit card information incorrectly you will be instructed to re-enter your credit card information again. Please allow at least 2 minutes to re-submit the corrected credit card information.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards worldwide. If placing a mail order, please send your credit card information including expiration date and billing address (where the bank that issues your card sends your statements) along with your order and shipping address. If your credit card is declined, please double check your that the address you have entered matches the address where you receive your credit card bill. If your address matches correctly and you are still unable to order, please contact your bank and let them know of the situation.
US residents or US companies can send a check payable to ExRx.net, LLC. Companies and individuals outside of the US can send a check issued from a US bank in US dollars. Company checks from established US businesses and organizations are processed within 3 business days or sooner. Personal and small business checks will require 2 weeks to clear before orders will be processed. An additional charge of $20 will be assessed for checks that do not clear.
Money Orders are accepted in US funds drawn on a US bank made payable to ExRx.net, LLC. Postal Money Orders (available at your local post office) will only be accepted from USA, Canada, and Japan customers payable in US Dollars.
Sorry, we do not accept purchase orders without payment at this time. Please have your company, school, or organization send a check with your order or order online with credit card. In most cases, we are able to issue a "Pro-Forma" invoice for your order. If you would like use this option please e-mail the products you would like to order, your address (shipping and billing), and contact information. We will then send back a "Pro Forma" invoice via e-mail attachment. Please send in your check with the "Pro Forma" invoice e-mail attachment printout. Orders will not ship until the check has been received by ExRx.net and deposited into our bank account. Alternatively, you can print off your shopping cart and mail in your order with a check.
Contact us at for instructions if you would like to wire your payment via Western Union. Look for a Western Union location near you. Please note that Western Union orders are only available on orders over $200 and may not be available on all orders.
Online Orders: Prices include local sales tax for Kansas residence and businesses.
Mail Orders: Please add your local sales tax on the total (including shipping) as dictated by state policy.
Telephone Orders: We will assess your local sales tax and add it to the total (including shipping) before we process your credit card.
Although we sometimes ship USPS most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Please include a street address since UPS and FedEx do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Standard postage is $6.95 for the first item, $1.95 each additional item. With standard shipping, orders typically take approximately a week to arrive to most locations, but please allow up to 10 business days.
For expedited orders, postage is $12.95 for the first item, $2 each additional item.
Expedited orders are typically sent 2nd or 3rd day service, but please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Expedited Orders do not include Weekends or Holidays. If you order on a weekend or holiday, or your order delivery date falls on one of those days, that is not included in the expedited time frame.
Please call 888-321-ExRx for faster shipping options. Next day shipping will cost around $35 for packages up to 2 pounds. Second day shipping will cost around $25 for the same weight. Please allow an additional day for your order to arrive, particular if ordering after 11 AM central time.
Payment with a bank check via mail order may require an additional 2 weeks to clear before your order can ship.

Orders are shipped airmail generally via First Class International or Priority International Mail. Orders often arrive in about 10 business days, but sometimes it can take up to 30 days depending upon your country's postal service and customs inspections process.
Some orders may cost more to ship to some destinations, particularly very heavy or higher valued merchandise that may require a differnt method of shipping. If the actual cost of shipping significantly exceeds our shipping charge, we will e-mail you with the option of canceling your order or paying additional for airmail. Please use a valid e-mail address that you check regularly so your order is not delayed.
Also, please note that we require 30 days before re-delivery can be performed. Although this is not common, some orders are delayed due to the the respective countries' customs department.
Orders shipped to other countries MAY be subject to customs charges or other taxes and fees, charged by authorities in the destination country. Any customs charges or other taxes and fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to advise the exact charges that may occur as they vary from country to country.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the following options:
- return it within 15 days of receipt, in resaleable condition, and your money will be refunded except for shipping and handling charges.
- return it within 30 days of receipt, in resaleable condition, we will exchange it for a title of equal or less value (some restrictions apply). You will be refunded the difference.
A damaged product must be reported well with in 15 days of receipt. You are responsible for shipping the returned items in all cases except for damaged products, where we'll reimburse you for shipping.
Sorry, we do not accept returns on opened videos and a few selected titles. As with industry standard, we do not accept returns for software except VHI PC Kits, accompanying exercise kits, and BSDI Software (including Fitness Analyst, Check-In, and Motivation).
Please contact ExRx immediately at for return instructions. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on the following billing statement.
