If you accidentally type your credit card information incorrectly you will be instructed to re-enter your credit card information again. Your question(s) and/or program will be sent to you via e-mail. For an e-mail consultation send your question along with your payment to ExRx. For your personalized exercise program, please fill out the ExRx Fitness Program Questionnaire. In place of the "Customer receipt number" type "payment enclosed". Print the form and send it to ExRx with your payment.

Prices are in US Dollars. A currency converter is provided for your convenience. After you've completed the ordering information you will be asked to fill a form regarding your question or program needs.
Credit Card
We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If placing a mail order, please send your credit card information including expiration date and billing address (where the bank that issues your card sends your statements) along with your order and shipping address.
Check
US residents or companies can send a check payable to ExRx. Checks will require an additional 2 weeks to clear before your order can be processed. An additional charge of $20 will be assessed for checks that do not clear.
Money Order
Money Orders are accepted in US funds drawn on a US bank made payable to ExRx. Postal Money Orders (available at your local post office) will only be accepted from USA, Canada, and Japan customers payable in US Dollars.
Purchase Order
Sorry, we do not accept purchase orders without payment at this time. Please have your company, school, or organization send a check with your order or call toll free to order with credit card.
Western Union
Contact us at orders@exrx.net for instructions if you would like to wire your payment via Western Union. Look for a Western Union location near you.
ExRx will respond to your questions within 3 business days via the e-mail. This time will allow ExRx to answer your questions more accurately and thoroughly.
Payment with a US bank check via mail order will require an additional 2 weeks to clear before consultation can commence.
If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, just request a full refund within 15 days of purchase. A 50% refund can be requested on a 30 day consultation between 15 and 30 days from purchase.
