Instructions

Preparation

Cross wrists, point thumbs downward, and clasp hands.

Execution

Straighten arms and externally rotate shoulders by back. Hold stretch.

Comments

Wrist Extensors can also be stretched in this position by flexing forward wrist so hands bend toward side of forward arm. The arm can be crossed to stretch opposite wrist.
