Instructions
Preparation
- Lie supine on floor or mat. Raise both knees and grasp back
of thighs behind knees.
Execution
- Pull knees toward shoulders allowing hips to be raised further
off floor. Hold stretch.
Comments
- Upper back can also be lifted off of floor to stretch the
Splenius and cervical
portion of the Erector Spinae.
