Instructions

Preparation

Lie on one side. Position ankle of lower leg over outside of upper thigh. Grasp top ankle or forefoot behind. Reposition side of upper body on floor.

Execution

Pull knee of rear leg back by straightening hip. Hold stretch. Repeat with opposite side.
