Preparation
- Straddle and sit on chair or bench with feet far apart and
feet on floor.
Execution
- Lean forward placing finger tips or hands on floor if possible.
Allow torso to be lowered downward and hold stretch.
Comments
- Back may be keep straight. Other heads of Hip
Adductors can be stretched if legs are positioned out as
far as possible as in the Seated Groin
Stretch.
