Instructions
Preparation
- Sit of floor, mat or bench. Place heel on floor, mat, or
bench with bent knee upright. Grasp under greater toe.
Execution
- Pull greater toe toward shin. Also allow foot to be pulled
toward shin. Repeat with opposite leg.
