Instructions

Preparation

With palm facing downward, pull wrist and fingers downward toward forearm.

Execution

Extend or straighten elbow. Hold stretch. Repeat with opposite arm.

Comments

Elbow may be extended first, followed by pulling palm toward forearm. Brachioradialis can also be stretched by positioining downward or back (ie: external rotation of shoulder)
