Preparation
- Lie supine floor or mat with arms down to sides.
Execution
- Raise leg with knee completley extended. Repeat on opposite
leg.
Measurement
- Measure the angle between legs (or leg and floor) using a
goniometer. Alternative methods of measuring
joint angles may be used.
Comments
- Ankle is relaxed or plantar flexed (pointed). Lower back
and head should remain on floor.
