Instructions

Preparation

Lie chest on inclined platform and grasp lever handles with an overhand grip.

Execution

Pull lever up as high as possible. Return until arms are extended and shoulders are stretched forward. Repeat.

Comments

To maximize back involvement reposition body on pad or grip so wrists follow elbows.
