Lever Shoulder Press (Parallel Grip)

Instructions

Preparation

Set facing machine. Grasp parallel bars grips

Execution

Press lever until arms are extended overhead. Lower and repeat.

Comments

Parellel grip can be used for variety or when flexibilty does not permit standard overhand grip.
