Preparation
- With cable columns to each side, grasp left stirrup with
right hand and right stirrup with left hand. Stand upright.
Execution
- With elbows slightly bent, raise arms to side until elbows
are shoulder height. Lower and repeat.
Comments
- Maintain fixed elbow position (10° to 30° angle)
throughout exercise. Stirrup is raised by shoulder
abduction, not external
rotation.
