Preparation
- Sit on seat with feet placed on plateform ahead of knees.
Rest torso on thighs. Reach under legs and grasp lever handles
on each side.
Execution
- Pull lever handles out to sides until elbows are shoulder
height. Maintain upper arms perpendicular to torso and fixed
elbow position (10° to 30° angle) throughout exercise.
Lower and repeat.
Comments
- Upper arm should travel in perpendicular path to torso to
minimize Latissimus
Dorsi involvement.
