Lever Alternating Underhand Pulldown

Instructions

Preparation

Grasp lever handles with underhand grip. Sit with thighs under supports.

Execution

Pull down one lever handle to side until elbow is down to side. Return until arm and shoulder is fully extended. Repeat with opposite arm. Continue to alternate pulldown between arms.
