Preparation

Grasp parallel lever bars. Sit with thighs under supports.

Execution

Pull down handles to sides of chest while leaning back slightly. Return until arms and shoulders are fully extended. Repeat.

Comments

Erector Spinae can become slightly engaged when torso arches back.
