Preparation
- Sit on seat. Reach up and grasp handles with wide overhand
grip.
Execution
- Pull levers down to sides of shoulders. Return until arms
and shoulders are fully extended. Repeat.
Comments
- Range of motion will be compromised if grip is too
wide. Also see exercise with parallel
grip.
