Preparation
- With side to low pulley, grasp stirrup attachment with near
arm. Stand with arm straight.
Execution
- Pull stirrup by bending side ways through waist so torso
moves away from pulley. Lower stirrup by leaning torso toward
pulley. Repeat. Continue with opposite side.
