Lever Standing Side Bend

Instructions

Preparation

Stand with side to lever handle and grasp. Stand upright.

Execution

Bend waist to opposite side of lever. Lower weight by bending to opposite side and repeat. Continue with opposite side facing opposite direction.

Comments

Stand on platform if lever is too high to allow for full range of movement. See Spot Reduction Myth.
