Preparation
- Adjust range of motion setting on arm levers to one side.
Sit on set with feet on platform. Position arms between pads
and grasp handles above to each side.
Execution
- Rotate torso through waist to opposite side. Return and repeat.
Adjust range of motion setting to opposite side and repeat in
opposite direction.
