Preparation
- Stand facing balance board. Step on one end of board. Slowly
step on other end of board.
Execution
- Balance body weight on top of balance board so board is nearly
vertical with little movement.
Comments
- Use upper arm movement to assist with balance. When finished
shift weight to one side. Step off with highest foot first.
