Lever Incline Bench Press

Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on incline bench with upper chest under lever bar. Grasp lever bar with wide oblique overhand grip.

Execution

Press bar until arms are extended. Lower weight to upper chest. Repeat.

Comments

Range of motion will be compromised if grip is too wide. See Lever Incline Bench Press improvised on older equipment. Also see exercise performed with parallel grip.
