Instructions
Preparation
- Straddling machine facing handle bars with levers behind.
Grasp handles and place feet on pedal within feet holsters. Extend
arms straight to support torso.
Execution
- Push one pedal down by extending leg while pulling other
peddle up by flexing hip and knee of opposite leg.
Return
- Move levers in opposite direction, alternating pushing and
pulling movements.
Comments
- Progressively increase speed of motion. Resistance can be
increase with dials. Keep arms extended to support torso.
