Instructions

Preparation

Place arms in shoulder harness. Face away from weighted sled in starting sprint position.

Execution

On start, rapidly accelerate by leaning body forward with heels off ground, stepping forward as rapidly as possible.

Comments

Although upper body assists in propelling body forward, only articulations significantly affected by greater sled loads are noted.
