Instructions

Preparation

Lie on machine with feet on foot bar. Place forearms on bars at sides or grasp handles above to each side.

Execution

With hips stationary, raise upper back pad by flexing waist. Return and repeat.

Comments

Lever fulcrum should be alligned with waist, not hips. See Spot Reduction Myth.
