Instructions

Preparation

Place elbow on forearm pad and grasp handle with upper arm to side of body and forearm away from body.

Execution

Pull lever toward from body. Return and repeat. Adjust lever to opposite side and repeat with other arm.

Comments

Adjust lever and body orientation to achieve full range of motion.
