- Grasp dumbbell cable from behind. Place hand with cable behind
neck; palm toward neck and elbow positioned upward.
Execution
- Extend arm upward. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite
arm.
Comments
- Let the cable pull the arm back to maintain full shoulder
flexion. Palm can be positioned away from neck. In which case,
Wrist Flexors are
stabilizers instead of Wrist
