Preparation
- Lie on incline bench. If available, push foot lever until
lever is within grasping range. Grasp handles with shoulder width
grip. Release foot lever.
Execution
- Press lever until arms are extended. Return weight until
wrists are at side of chest. Repeat.
Comments
- If foot lever is available, push it before releasing grips.
