Lever Incline Triceps Extension

Instructions

Preparation

Sit on seat and lie back on back support. Push foot lever down with foot and grasp lever handles from behind. With lever handles behind head, place both feet on supports or floor.

Execution

Push lever handles up overhead until arms are fully extended. Return and repeat.

Comments

When finished push foot lever down, release handles, then release foot lever.
