Preparation
- Sit on seat and lie back on back support. Push foot lever
down with foot and grasp lever handles from behind. With lever
handles behind head, place both feet on supports or floor.
Execution
- Push lever handles up overhead until arms are fully extended.
Return and repeat.
Comments
- When finished push foot lever down, release handles, then
release foot lever.
