Instructions

Preparation

Sit and grasp cable stirrup. Rest forearm on thigh with palm facing down and with wrist just beyond knee.

Execution

Raise stirrup by pointing knuckles upward as high as possible. Return until knuckles are pointing downward as far as possible. Repeat.

Comments

Do not allow elbow to rise. Hand may be placed under wrist (as demonstrated) to offer stability and to maintain horizontal orientation of forearm.
