Preparation
- Rotate handle under and over so the handle is in slightly
upward position toward head. Grasp handle with thumb ups grip
so thumb side of fist is pulled away under resistance.
Execution
- Bend wrist so thumb side of fist is pulled up. Return to
starting position and repeat.
