Instructions
Preparation
- Stand in front of apparatus. Grasp bar grips with one hand;
fingers around far bar and base of thumb around near stationary
bar.
Execution
- Squeeze bar grips together until far bar makes contact with
nearest bar. Release to original position and repeat.
