'Extension' of the ankle resulting in the forefoot moving away from the body.

Ankle Dorsal Flexion

Dorsal Flexion

Flexion of the ankle resulting in the top of the foot moving toward the body. See dorsiflexion inflexibility.

  • Peroneus tertius

Notes
