Instructions

Preparation

Stand behind starting line.

Execution

Squat down and jump forward as far as possible using double arm swing. In air, pull heels toward buttocks and immediately extend legs for landing. Upon landing, immediately jump forward again using same movement pattern.

Comments

Use both upper and lower body movements. Keep landings short. Perform two or more jumps in succession.
