Preparation
Stand with both feet together to one side of extended line, approximately 10-15 feet (3-4.5 m) long.
Execution
Jump on both feet in alternating diagonal (zigzag) pattern across each side of line. Jump and land on both feet.
Comments
Attempt to increase speed of jumps, keeping landings short. Perform multiple jumps in succession.
