Instructions

Preparation

Stand with both feet together to one side of extended line.

Execution

Jump on both forefeetfeet in alternating diagonal pattern across each side of line. Continue jumping in zigzag pattern over line moving forward until marked distance is reached or for set time.

Comments

Suggested length of line is approximately 10-15 feet (3-4.5 m) long, but it can be any length. Attempt to increase speed of jumps, keeping landings short. Perform multiple jumps in succession.
