Place Agility Ladder on floor. Stand with your right foot in first box and with left foot outside box.
Jump up with both feet to right and forward direction and land with left foot in box. Immediately push off both feet forward towards left direction to next box and land with right foot in box.
Attempt to increase speed of jumps, keeping landings short. Perform multiple jumps in succession. Movement can also be performed without Agility Ladder.
