  • Soldier Kicks (Leg Swings)
    • Gradually increase height
  • Butt Kick Jog
    • Gradually increase range of motion
  • Walking Ankle Grabs
    • Gradually increase range of motion
  • Side Shuffles
  • Grapevine (Carioca)
    • Build up speed, repeat opposite direction
  • Run
  • Sprint to turn
    • Second time turn opposite direction
