Instructions

Preparation

Sit on apparatus with each leg on adjacent platforms.

Execution

Separate legs apart by turning knob. Lean forward slightly and grasp forward bar if available. Hold stretch.

Comments

Abduction stretch is adjusted by turning knob at side. Handles can be adjusted up and down. There is also adjustment that allows knees to bend.
