Instructions

Preparation

Kneel on both knees with buttocks over both heels and feet extend back.

Execution

Sit down on or toward heels. Hold stretch.

Comments

Do not allow feet to wing out and do not sit between ankles. Certain knee problems maybe aggravated by this stretch.
