Sit on seat and position chest against pad. Grasp lever handles with overhand grip.
Pull one lever handle back until elbow is behind back and shoulder is pulled back. Return until arm is extended and shoulder is stretched forward. Repeat with opposite arm, alternating between sides.
Chest pad should be adjusted to allow shoulders to stretch forward. The seat or grip should be adjusted to allow wrists to follow elbows.
