Instructions

Preparation

Stand behind bar mid-thigh height. Grasp bar with wide grip overhand grip. Disengage bar by rotating bar back and stand upright.

Execution

Pull bar to neck with elbows leading. Allow wrists to flex as bar rises. Lower and repeat.
