Why? Cutting is mostly diet. What's your diet plan? here my diet been doing this diet for 2 month breakfast oakmeal with egg whites snack cottage cheese with spoone of peanut-butter lunch salad/vegi with tuna or chicken snack egg sandwich = 2 eggs and two slice of cheese on whole wheat fruit dinner...

and when i feel snaking a bit more i'm going to eat 1/4 c cottage chess and spoon of natural peanut-butter. and add eggs to my lunch and dinner. sound like a good idea?

You won't be able to sustain a diet like that for 90 days. You need more variety. Plan carb refeed meals. do you mean its not a good idea to do that diet for 90 days or that i wont be able to keep up with that diet? im in the process of learning how to swim too so i always have a keep on her. i run backward so i would be able to see her and swim toward here. but i do use alot of energy.
