I have to agree here. See a doc!

I went a year thinking I had a pulled muscle in my lower lumbar area because regular xray's didn't show the ruptured disk that an MRI found.

It does sound like a pinched nerve though.

Teres minor too, maybe? just a thought clicky View the exercises under section 7 to target the teres minor. When doing the upright external rotation with a dumbbell, I read [here] where you might want to stabilize you elbow and prop it up against an incline bench to help support it during the rotati...

The clinch and control has a lot to do with Anderson Silvas success also. I love watching Muay Thai fights. He is tall and an admitted striker first fighter.

Great stuff With the sled I'm damn near laying down the way I have the back set and most of the weight feels like it is sitting right on top of my gluts. For example last week my leg day consisted of the following, I cycled through this twice and in this order: Sled 310lbs 10x3 Calf raises 150lbs 20...

Check I've got what you all mean by motion now and I fully understand the need to get away from machines and I completely agree. I want to stay away from the "full body" in one workout routine. I don't think it allows me to spend the quality time that I want for each muscle group. So, I need a split...

OK, I thought that’s what I was doing;

Monday Push
Tues Pull
Wed Legs
Thurs Push (except rear delt)

Probable should have moved rear delts to Tuesday.

Edit: I guess upper traps are considered pull also?

Come on, you can do better then this. I don't really know what else you want.... you should split by movement, not random body parts. Explain the split by movement please. We all started somewhere. This is the kind of input I'm looking for KPj. Tell me what I'm doing wrong and suggestions on what I...

If you insist on using machines for legs at least substitute leg presses and/or hack squats for leg extensions. These are no substitute for squats, but at least they're compound movements. Leg Extensions just plain suck. PS.) You can keep the leg curls for hamstrings, but try Glute Hamstring Raises...

Check you eletist ego at the door

The actual split I got was designed specifically for isolation to help me concentrate on one muscle group a day so that I could learn the diffrent exercises and how to focus on each muscle. I screwed it up and added the second muscle group three weeks ago myself to increase the volume, I tried to us...

XDaveX - I read this through but I didn't see a mention of your goals. What are you training to accomplish? Add muscle, add strength regardless of muscle, get ripped, get more endurance, whatever...if you have an exact goal it'll help everyone give you solid advice. Not that they haven't given you ...
