In my opinion you should start slowly as everyone else. Start the basics and then move on. You used too much weight on your back and done more "good morning " than squat. Use the links I have posted to read some interesting advice! These are the pros!!

This isn't consistently defined, though - some people call supinated-grip pullups pullups, some people will call both of them "chinups" and then separate them by grip ("Overhand grip chinups" - what I'd call a pullup). There isn't really a strict definition everyone uses but the one I outlined abov...

Can anyone specify what is the difference? (chin ups and pull-ups)

I looked all over the internet and it looks like both are the same.

It's a collection of routines. Skim down to where it says "beginner routines." There are a few. Pick one of them, they're all selected from a lot of possibilities because they have been proven successful.
