In my opinion, I wouldn't pay an extra 200 dollars to precise my already accurate estimate of my body fat percentage. There are tons of ways to use calipers, different caliper spots to use, and BF percentages online in which some of them are different, Im pretty shure you can make a rough estimate w...

I use accu measure and sometimes a trainer with calipers for free but I have to pretend Im taking a PE class. Thats cool that you get it for free, because trainers that get your fat percentage costs money.

I think you are getting more toned abs compared to your friend because the more reps means muscular endurance and tonage. Applying more weight means making the workout more of a strength workout.

Balance and I do them if I can't go to the gym and do squats. So how do they not work? I can squat 400 max but I want to increase in them and in power cleans while keeping my fat percentage low.

This body weight to waist ratio doesn't prove your fat percentage. I use accu measure calipers which you can buy online for chump change. My waist size is 35 and I weight 165 but my body percentage is 7%. I also verified this with a personal trainer.
