I have some new clients who want to train together and am looking for some good resources for exercises which can be done "in two's". I don't want the usual one-does-x-and the-other-does-y-then-switch. I want movements that they can do together ideally utilizing medicine balls, stability balls, Bosu...

HCG is a scam

The reason that people lose weight on this diet is -ta da!- that is requires a 500 cal/day regimen. By definition and physiology alone, ANYONE would lose weight with this little fuel. There is NO science to back up the fallacious claims and, further, there is no long term study on the possible delet...
